The subject of this exhibition is the election of Barack Obama, a milestone in the history of our nation and a moment many of us thought would never see, in our lifetime.

Most of the paintings depict the very moment he was elected, the tears of joy, the excitement, the overwhelming celebration, not just in our country but around the world. An event that brought us all together to hope for a better future.
